Kelsang Tsering Khangsar is an alumini of TCV school Dharmasala, India. After completing Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication from Punjab University in 2004, he has worked as an Assistant in several film projects in India including DREAMING LHASA, WE ARE NOT MONKS and VALLEY OF FLOWERS. In 2006, he produced his first documentary film called THE JOY OF LIVING (aka KYI ANI) with a handful of resources. After moving to France in 2008, he has produced few short films PEMA DORJEE, 5 EURO DREAM. In 2019 he made a short documentary film MERCI LA FRANCE (Thank You France) under the Tibet TV film grant, Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamshala to express gratitude to the people of France and the government for their continuous support towards Tibetan cause. In 2020, he also directed a music video – GYALWAI KATRIN to honor His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s lifetime leadership to the Tibetan people. GYALWAI KATRIN is slated to release on the 10 December 2020 Nobel Peace Prize Day.
