Where can I see the entire line-up of films?
There are multiple ways in which you can browse all the films. In the header, you can view “Films” or select a particular film from the carousel on the main page.
Are Passes available for all the films?
Yes. Films will be available to Rent individually and as part of an ‘All Films Pass’ which you will find in the header menu.
How do I Rent a film or Buy an ‘All Films Pass’?
Register an account by clicking on ‘Create Account’ on the top right hand corner of the screen. Then browse through the available films, and choose to Rent an individual film of your choice or Buy an ‘All Films Pass’. When you make the payment to Rent a film, it will automatically be added to your ‘My Library’. If you purchase an ‘All Film Pass’, all the films will be added to your ‘My Library’.
I can’t see the Rent button for a film, why?
If you can’t see a Rent button for a film, it means this film is not available for viewing in your country.
Can I Rent a film before 2 April?
Yes. The films are now available for you to Rent. However, the films will be available for streaming only from 2 to 8 April. All times are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
Can I watch films from anywhere in the world?
This selection of Films from the Oscar Season is available only to audiences in India.
Is it possible for films to “sell out”?
Yes. Much like a physical festival, there will be limited views for some films. Once the film sells out, it will be removed from your library unless you are already in the 24 hours Watch Period.
How long will the films be available for?
This selection of films will be available for you to watch from 2 to 8 April (Indian Standard Time). Once you click Play on a film, you will have 24 hours to complete viewing the film.
I have Rented films but where can I see the list of films I can access?
All the films that you have Rented or films that are part of the ‘All Films Pass’ that you have Rented will be displayed in your ‘My Library’.
Can I create a list of films I want to watch?
Yes. When you hover over a film poster or below a film page you will see a button saying “Add to My List.” Clicking this will allow you to save the films you want to watch later.
Are My Library and My List the same?
No. In My Library you will see all the films that you have paid for. In My List, you will only see films that you added manually.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted.
Will my internet be fast enough?
You will need a broadband or fibre internet connection; dial-up will not work. If you can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime, you should be able to watch the films. For further technical help, click here.
